Overview

The experience begins with an intimate encounter with the ancestral knowledge of Campeche's artisans, who patiently and masterfully shape the iconic hats of Jipijapa. You'll discover techniques passed down through generations and be amazed by the authentic setting where these pieces come to life. A truly authentic experience.

Upon arriving in Campeche, the city unfolds along its waterfront promenade, where the sea gently accompanies the rhythm of local life. From atop one of its old forts, the views evoke the era of privateers and maritime defenses, while history seems to permeate every stone.

The tour continues on foot through the colorful streets of the historic center, passing gates that once protected the city: the Sea and Land Gates, the imposing cathedral, and the Bastion of Our Lady of Solitude, where past and present intertwine in a museum that preserves the memory of Campeche. The experience culminates in the traditional San Román neighborhood, home to its church and the venerated Black Christ.

A walk that is experienced with calm, depth and emotion, leaving the feeling of having walked through a history that still breathes.
